Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customers such as fashion brands, hypermarkets, electronics stores and libraries
  • Understand store needs and propose and quote EAS, people counting, RFID and ESL solutions
  • Work with the engineering and software teams to follow projects from quote through installation and acceptance
  • Look after existing accounts with consumables and after-sales service

Nice to have

  • Sales experience in retail, security or system integration
  • English communication skills (for working with manufacturers)

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience preferred; graduates welcome — full product training provided
  • Car or scooter licence; able to visit customers
  • Enjoys working with people, communicates clearly and takes ownership
  • Able to prepare quotes and presentations in Word and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Install and test anti-theft gates, phone and tablet security stands, people counters, RFID readers and thermal cameras
  • Site surveys, cabling and troubleshooting
  • Routine maintenance and customer operation training
  • Travel to stores across Taiwan for projects; some stores require work outside business hours

Nice to have

  • Experience installing CCTV, access control or network equipment
  • Electrician licence (Class A/B) or related certification

Requirements

  • Scooter or car licence
  • Basic electrical, low-voltage cabling or networking knowledge preferred; no experience needed — senior engineers will mentor you
  • Careful and responsible; able to work at height and on site
  • Keen to learn new equipment and technology
